Constant Exciting Action and Surprises
You go from one highlight to another, facing enormous end bosses, being chased by hordes of villagers, or having a crazy person with a chainsaw coming at you. And just when it seems quiet somewhere, the peace will likely be quickly disturbed by a new surprise. No, it doesn't seem like anywhere is really safe in Resident Evil 4.

Oppressive atmosphere and challenging ammo management in Resident Evil 4
Resident Evil 4 is truly a top-notch horror survival game. The atmosphere in the game can be described as very oppressive, and the monsters are repulsive creatures who would love nothing more than to tear you into 1000 pieces. The music adds an extra layer of suspense to it all. Ammunition is scarce, so you'll have to be careful not to run out of bullets because then you'll be in trouble. Truly a solid game and one of the better horror survival games out there. Highly recommended!

Best game for the GameCube with a brilliant story and amazing graphics
Resident Evil is the best thing money can buy for the GameCube! It can be quite scary at times and is not intended for the very young! The game also has high replay value! You can unlock all sorts of extra things and you keep discovering more about the story, which is truly brilliant. I give Resident Evil 4 a huge, smashing, massive, whopping 10! (can I give it an 11 :P) The graphics and sound are also fantastic, the best for the GameCube!

Best game from 2005 with perfect controls and detailed graphics
Creepy, grim, and nauseating, this game is. And that's what makes Resident Evil 4 so unique. For me, the best game from 2005. During the boss fights, I was on the edge of my seat, and the music almost made me fall off. The controls work perfectly, and the graphics were very detailed. Buy this horror game because you can't do without it.

Resident Evil 4: A Crown Jewel from the Creators
Resident Evil 4 is one of the better ones in the series of 6 titles for the GameCube in my opinion. Only Code Veronica I find to be better. The creators have carved out a unique genre with their Resident Evil titles, and Resident Evil 4 is definitely a crown jewel in their work. The visuals and sound are among the best on the cube. The story is truly excellently crafted, and with the arrival of the 3rd movie, I will certainly dive back into the horror once again. If you enjoy the movies and the other Resident Evil titles, then this one is a must not miss!!

One of the best GameCube games with excellent controls and stunning graphics
One of the best GameCube games, it's not really a very difficult game but because it's scary, it feels that way.
Especially the controls are very good and it looks very beautiful, although occasionally violent but hey, the cube doesn't have many of those kinds of games.
And soon Resident Evil 4 will be available for the Wii too!

Extensive Weapon Upgrades and Exciting Gameplay
This game is simply awesome. I played it for the first time when I borrowed my cousin's GameCube. I was immediately hooked. It's a game with so much detail that when you're playing, you don't feel like you're playing a game but actually experiencing it yourself. It's not just mindlessly shooting in the wild. You can sell leftover bullets to a kind of hobo who buys and sells all sorts of things. This way, you can earn money by selling jewels you find along the way and invest that money in upgrading your weapons. You can improve the firepower, firing speed, capacity, and reload speed of your weapons. There is also an extensive range of weapons you can buy, such as 4 types of handguns, 2 shotguns, a rocket launcher, TMP, 2 zoom snipers, and even infrared zoom...and when you finish the game, even more surprising and powerful weapons become available. The only thing you can't buy is bullets. You find them along the way along with money, incendiary grenades, flash grenades, regular grenades, and green, red, and yellow herbs that restore your health. It's just a perfect game. I've already completed it 3 times and now I'm playing on 'pro'. Even after finishing the game, you're not done. Additional extras are unlocked that you can play through again! The game remains exciting, and the suspenseful music in the background adds to that. You have to play the game smartly, or else you'll be in trouble. There are so many enemies that you can easily get surrounded. Often, jewels are hidden in the creepy environment. The game is quite creepy but not over the top. So, if you're young, don't worry about being traumatized ;-) Sometimes there are puzzles or riddles in the game, so you also have to use your head.
It's not an easy game, but that's what makes it exciting.
I think the game is a mix of shooter, adventure, action, and some creepiness all in one.
My score: actually the best, but I'll give it 97%.

Resident Evil 4: Best GameCube Game with Creepy Atmosphere and Action
Resident Evil 4 is in my opinion the best game I've ever played on the GameCube. The game looks really beautiful and the atmosphere is delightfully creepy. Compared to the other Resident Evil installments, part 4 also has the most action. The puzzles are fun and never really frustrating, and the boss battles are challenging and therefore exciting.
The game is super addictive, and even after you've completed it, there are plenty of options and mini-games like "The Mercenaries" and "Assignment Ada," in addition to being able to replay the main game with a higher difficulty level and new weapons.
In short, RESIDENT EVIL 4 is truly an amazing game.

Beautiful graphics and great gameplay, but no zombies
Resident Evil 4 is a great game, with beautiful graphics and solid gameplay. It's a shame that there are no zombies, just people infected with a parasite (nope, definitely NOT zombies ;)). Nevertheless, this game still shines brightly.

Great game for gore enthusiasts and shoot fans!
This is the best game on the Cube, and definitely deserves a high rating on the Wii. This game is not suitable for young children, as it features impalements (mostly in the abdomen), sacrifices, strange mutations in people, and excessive blood flow. (Which I don't mind at all...) The storyline is brilliant, and the final bosses are well integrated into the story. It's not like a giant scorpion suddenly falls from the ceiling and you're like, "Where the heck did that come from?" No. You know how they came to be, what their purpose is, and their rank or experiments. GREAT GAME. Highly recommended for gore enthusiasts and shoot fans!
